To provide one to one support to an older person helping them learn IT skills for the purpose of accessing online services.
We are looking for people with experience of using iPads/ tablets / laptops / android phones who would be willing to support older people that would like to learn how to use these devices to access online services such and shopping and banking.

Basic IT skills - internet & email, Talking To Others, Listening
You should have experience of using a tablet or laptop for online shopping and using the internet. You will be kind and patient and have good communication skills.
You will gain a sense of achievement through teaching and helping someone gain a new skill.
Once a month on a Friday morning.
