What skills are required for this role

Managing People, Catering, Talking To Others, Listening

Why these skills are required

Volunteer would need to be able to support out trainees and so some mentoring skills are needed. Some understanding on supporting people with autism although training will be provided. Good written and verbal English required. Team Player. Be able to use our tills, calculate and process cash payments and take card payments. Happy to learn how to use coffee machines.

We are a super friendly team who are passionate about what we do and so we hope we will provide a meaningful experience and ensure people feel they belong. We hope they will learn new skills (or teach us some new skills), enjoy seeing our trainees grow and develop and have fun.

Time Commitment

A minimum of 4 hours a week which needs to be on a set day/time preferably as this provides consistency for our trainees. There is the opportunity to do more when we have events.
