We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help with the day-to-day running of our community café. You could be welcoming customers, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, helping behind the scenes or generally keeping everything running smoothly. This opportunity is open to all ages and experience levels, and we particularly welcome young people looking to build confidence, gain experience and develop new skills. We also welcome Duke of Edinburgh Award volunteers looking for a friendly and supportive place to complete their volunteering section. No experience is needed.

You don’t need any previous café experience – we’re looking for people who are friendly, reliable and willing to get involved. You’ll have the chance to develop skills in customer service, teamwork, communication, food and drink service and working in a busy environment. The role is open to all ages and experience levels, including young people completing the volunteering section of their Duke of Edinburgh Award. We’ll provide support and help you build your confidence and skills as you go.
