We’re looking for a new Financial Advisor! The Signal Box Café at Hollingbourne is more than a café – we’re a community space bringing people together and creating opportunities for local people. The Signal Box Café CIC is looking for someone with finance, bookkeeping or accounting experience to help guide us through an exciting new chapter. You'll work alongside a friendly Board, helping us build strong financial foundations while getting to know the organisation before deciding whether becoming a Director is right for you. Interested? We’re looking for someone with strong financial skills who can provide practical advice and support to The Signal Box Café. Ideally, you’ll have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial management or business finance, with a good understanding of budgets, cash flow, management accounts and financial reporting. Experience of working with a CIC, charity, social enterprise or small business would be particularly useful. We’re looking for someone who can help us understand our finances, plan ahead, put good financial systems in place and make confident, sustainable decisions for the future. Most importantly, we want people who are positive, reliable, willing to contribute and genuinely committed to helping The Signal Box Café grow, become sustainable and make an even bigger difference in our community.
