Assisting in Cafe to the public
• To assist the Café Supervisor with the running of the café • To welcome and serve customers professionally and cheerfully taking payments accordingly • Carry out light housekeeping duties including keeping the servery clean and wiping tables, cleaning the floor • Assist with some food preparation and report stock levels to Café Supervisor • To assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment at all times • Being an active ambassador for Kenward Trust and maintaining an interest and knowledge of our services • Responding to requests for information on Kenward Trust’s services from members of the public • Assisting other Volunteer team members, including those from Kenward Trust’s Projects, to acquire new skills in retailing
