This is an interesting and varied role, you'll be able to be involved in all aspects of the shop.

Volunteering is fully flexible to you and no two days are the same, you could be busy processing donations, making amazing window displays or serving our customers on the till.

You don’t need any experience to join us as a volunteer, you just need to be willing and helpful with a flexible and enthusiastic approach. Full training is provided, conversational level of English would be needed and the ability to work as part of a team.
You will meet new people and become part of our wonderful team. Volunteering with us is flexible, with hours that can be arranged to suit your availability. You will join a friendly team, make new friends, and receive full training along with ongoing support. This opportunity will help you gain confidence, develop customer service skills, and build valuable retail experience. As a volunteer, you will make a meaningful difference while enjoying a 50% discount on donated items across all our shops. Travel costs can reimbursed as part of your role. You will also be able to join in with any of our internal network activities.
We are flexible around your availability, but do recommend being able to stay at least 2 hours when with us.
