We are looking for confident, friendly people to • Unlock and lock the museum accordingly to safety procedures • Provide a friendly welcome and helping hand to all visitors to the Carriage Museum • Be aware of health and safety requirements to prevent onsite accidents • Be responsible for promoting the museum’s collections, and the wider museum events and services at St Faith’s Street and Queens Own Royal West Kent • Unlocking the building, setting the fire alarm and locking the building. • You will act as the public face of the museum, welcoming visitors and sharing the stories the museum t

You should be - • enthusiastic and love being around people • able to work as part of a team • interested in people, transport and/or heritage • enjoy learning
• Up to £6 travel expenses per shift (minimum 4 hours) • Joining a friendly team • New skills • Experience for your CV • The chance to promote and safeguard our town’s heritage two volunteer lunches a year
