To meet and greet patients and visitors at the new Thanet Community Health Hub, Carey House
We are looking for a warm, approachable and reliable Volunteer Welcome Assistant to join Age UK Thanet at the new Thanet Community Health Hub in Broadstairs. In this rewarding front-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, offering a friendly welcome and signposting them to the appropriate departments and services. As a volunteer you will play a key role in creating a positive experience by providing clear information, assisting with directions and supporting individuals who may feel anxious or unsure.
