Physi-Fit Physiotherapy
Support participants in physiotherapy exercise class.
1. To welcome participants to the class and help them feel at home. 2. To help with set up and set down of the facilities by getting table, chairs, jug and glasses ready. 3. Support clients with exercises as directed by the physiotherapist. 4. To record attendance and payments manually on a spread sheet for those who attend the class. 5. To relay any concerns/health issues shared by clients to the Physiotherapist.

Ability to: 1. Get out and pack away chairs, a table, jug and glasses. 2. To be friendly to participants and put them at ease. 3. To demonstrate exercises to participants as directed by the physio. 4. To record attendance and payments on a manual spreadsheet. 5. To share any concerns or updates in medical history expressed by participants to the physiotherapist. 6. To be a team player working with other volunteers taking direction from the physio in charge.
1. Experience of being part of a fantastic team. 2. First aid training. 3. Fitness class. 4. Gain understanding of how the body works to help you age well. 5. Develop communication skills.

For classes starting 9:30, 10:45 and 12:00 Trinity Church Hall, Union Road, Deal, CT14 6EA For class starting at 13:30 Deal Ability Centre, Victoria Road, Deal, CT14 7AY.
Buses to Deal South Street. 1. Walk through the town pedestrian area. Turn left down Union Road by the side of the Landmark centre. Trinity church will then be on your right. 2. Turn away from the pedestrian precinct and walk along Victoria Road. Deal Ability centre is on the right by the turning to Hope Road.
