Join our enthusiastic team and help manage the ancient chalk grassland and woodland!

Detailed Description

You will be joining a team of enthusiastic volunteers to carry out key conservation management work across a number of sites in the Dover area. Tasks will vary depending on the season: Spring & Summer - Path maintenance, fence repairs, bracken bashing Autumn & Winter - Scrub and woodland coppicing

Why these skills are required

No experience necessary, although a reasonable amount of physical fitness is required due to steep hills and rough terrain.

What is in it for you

Full training is given and you’ll only be asked to do work you are comfortable with. There is also the potential to undertake further training such as leading groups safely, First Aid, and Brushcutter.
