To design fun quizzes and create simple black-and-white activity packs for local people.
As a Community Quiz & Activity Creator, you’ll use your creativity to develop weekly quizzes and activity sheets that bring joy to isolated individuals and spark conversation in local Chatty Cafés. Your work will be shared by Ashford Volunteer Centre across the community, helping people feel connected and entertained.

Key Tasks: • Create original quizzes and activity sheets (crosswords, word searches, puzzles) • Ensure designs are suitable for black-and-white printing • Submit completed packs to AVC weekly for distribution • Develop content that is inclusive and easy to understand • Occasionally tailor activities to local themes or events Skills and Qualities Needed: • Creative and enjoys designing engaging activities • Good written English and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Basic IT skills for creating and sending documents • Reliable and committed to a weekly schedule
Training & Support: Induction, admin/communications training. Regular reviews/check-ins and ongoing support.
