CATSS Navigator
Ashford Volunteer Centre
To match client journeys with volunteer drivers, adding trips & cancelling trips.
As a CATSS Navigator, you’ll be at the heart of our community transport service—matching client journeys with volunteer drivers using the CATSS electronic transport system. This is our most skilled IT volunteer role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and supporting others. You’ll help keep the transport office running smoothly during your shift, communicate with drivers as needed, and answer the phone when no one else is available.
