Gather impact information about AVC’s services by connecting with volunteers, clients, organisations, and Berwick House hirers. Use phone/electronic surveys, collect case studies, and support with answering phones and occasional office tasks.
Role Purpose: • Collect feedback and impact stories to show AVC’s difference. • Support surveys and case study collection across services. Key Tasks • Make friendly calls; send and follow up electronic surveys. • Record responses accurately and confidentially; write short case studies. • Answer phones; help with odd jobs in the office. • Support volunteer and client reviews – as required

Skills & Qualities Needed: • Friendly, approachable; good phone and written communication. • Organised; reliable; basic IT skills; empathetic listener; flexible.
Induction and training on surveys, data capture, and consent. Regular reviews/check-ins and ongoing guidance.
Flexible; ideally a few hours a week
