Ashford Volunteer Centre

Detailed Description

Role Purpose: • Collect feedback and impact stories to show AVC’s difference. • Support surveys and case study collection across services. Key Tasks • Make friendly calls; send and follow up electronic surveys. • Record responses accurately and confidentially; write short case studies. • Answer phones; help with odd jobs in the office. • Support volunteer and client reviews – as required
