Provide relaxed, one-to-one support to volunteer drivers and office volunteers learning the CATSS (Lynx portal)—help them feel confident with the basics and build good habits.
Purpose of the Role • Help volunteers learn CATSS tasks in a supportive way. • Build confidence through patient coaching. Key Tasks • Support drivers with confirming trips and using the Lynx portal. • Support office volunteers with bookings, updating records, and CATSS navigation. • Answer questions; share practical tips; flag extra support needs to the team.
