Volunteer Charity Shop Supervisor (flexible hours)

We are looking Volunteer Supervisor to help oversee the day-to-day running of our charity shop.
• Supporting, coordinating, and motivating our volunteer team • Organising volunteer rotas to ensure the shop is well staffed • Recruiting, welcoming, and inducting new volunteers • Overseeing daily shop operations and maintaining high standards • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed • Managing donation intake and space safely • Supporting weekly promotions and shop presentation • Acting as a key point of contact between volunteers and the charity
Retail & Charity Shops
Managing People, Leadership, Organising & Planning
• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator • Well organised with good time-management skills • Comfortable supporting and guiding others • Calm and practical when making decisions • An interest in charity retail or community work • Retail or volunteer experience is helpful but not essential

This role would be flexible with hours to discuss. Ideally 3-4, 4 hour shifts per week. Hours between 9am and 4pm
