To support family breakfasts, helping families feel welcome and connected.
Group Volunteers help set the tone by offering a warm welcome, friendly conversation, and gentle encouragement for families to join in and feel part of the Fusion community. This may include helping parents find a seat, chatting with attendees, supporting children with simple activities or play, and ensuring everyone has what they need to enjoy the morning. Volunteers also play an important part in creating a safe and supportive space by being attentive, approachable, and respectful of everyone’s individual circumstances by offering kindness, practical help and a listening ear.
