To support clients with digital skills on a range of devices including mobile phones and tablets to improve their digital confidence.
This is a rewarding role supporting our clients to grow in independence and confidence through social interaction and tailored one to one or small group sessions. The activities will include: Supporting clients to enjoy using the internet safely and securely Motivating and encouraging clients to learn for themselves, Sign posting clients to further support providers as appropriate

Able to work independently or as a member of a team and on a one - to - one basis with clients To have excellent communication and empathetic skills To be computer literate to a basic level. Willing to learn new computer programmes and apps as required.
