We are looking for help with recruiting, engaging and supporting volunteers at HOLG.
Recruit, onboard, and support non-clinical volunteers for events. Work closely with the charity's fundraising team. Organise and support community fundraising events. Promote volunteer opportunities through social media, local networks and community engagement. Develop resources and light training materials to help volunteers confidently represent the charity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in volunteer management, recruitment or event coordination (desirable but not essential). A genuine passion for HOLG'S work supporting bereaved children and their families. Well-organised, proactive and able to work independently. Confident speaking to individuals or groups about the charity's work. Access to a computer and the internet, with basic IT skills.

Our office is based in Rochester, Kent. However we cover the whole of Kent so you could be needed anywhere in Kent where there is an event happening. We do pay mileage. Some work can be done from home.
