This is a pivotal moment in KRAN's history as we reach the £1 million turnover milestone, and focus on diversifying our income and funding streams, so we are looking for someone who can guide us on our next phase of development. Why these skills are required

Ideally we are looking for someone who: • Has held an accounting role before or has run or managed a business; • Is used to managing money, preparing budgets, authorizing payments and has an understanding of accounts; • Understands the importance of cashflows and has experience of day to day management of a large amounts of funds; • Is willing to give sound informed advice and guidance on the financial implications of decisions being made by the Board whilst working closely with the CEO and Head of Finance. The main responsibilities will include: • Provide strategic guidance • Help ensure compliance with charity commission • Deliver financial reports and updates to the board and give feedback to the Head of Finance. • Help streamline and give advice on best practice systems and controls

Time Commitment

Finance Sub Committee meetings are held during office hours once a month at a convenient time for all members in person. Trustee Board meetings are usually from 5pm - 7pm on a Wednesday or a Thursday every quarter. Other online meetings and actions can be during weekdays or weekends.
