Young people tell us they want to receive support from "non-professionals", people who are able to listen, understand, and be there for them because they want to help, not because they are paid to help.
Training, new skills, new friendships, and tremendous self worth when seeing the progress your young person is making. All expenses covered.
Befriending support to a young person in care is from one visit per month, for 2-3 hours. Mentoring support for a young person struggling with life issues is from 1-2 hours per week.
