Based in the Hospice Coffee Shop, the role requires: preparing the coffee shop for service by ensuring supply of clean crockery, cutlery, serviettes, also topping up sugar bowls, milk jugs and other sundries. providing counter service offering teas, coffees, baked goods and light lunches prepared in the kitchen. ensuring all work areas are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. processing payment for food and drink, such as cash, debit or credit cards.
