As receptionist for Citizens Advice in Folkestone you would be meeting and greeting our clients.
Role duties include _ Welcoming clients warmly with a friendly smile, notifying Advisors their appointments have arrived, Informing the Supervisor of the clients issue that they need support with, collecting clients paperwork ready for Advisor. Photocopying and some light admin tasks. We also have training days ongoing that volunteers are welcome to attend after their initial training and induction..

As receptionist we would require you to have some basic IT and admin skills, good listening skills. We also would like candidates to have the ability to work as part of a team and be prepared to undergo some training.
This position will give the candidate an opportunity to build on existing skills and gain knowledge and confidence in an office setting. You will gain an insight into working with the public and have access to free training. This role can also be the entry level to go on to train as a fully qualified Advisor which also comes with free training.
