Do you enjoy meaningful conversations and want to make a difference in the lives of older people? As a Care Home Engagement Volunteer, you’ll regularly visit care homes to speak with residents, their families, and staff. By collecting feedback in a compassionate and respectful way, you’ll help us understand what’s working well and where improvements are needed in care home services across Kent and Medway. Activities you will be doing: Visit care homes on a regular basis. Speak with residents, family members, and staff about their experiences. Record feedback using simple tools or forms.

Ideally 2– 6 hours per month Visits are scheduled in advance and can be flexible around your availability
