To provide clerical support where required in the office’s, support your line manager with the in the smooth running of their department. Maintain systems already in place
• To undertake such duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager. • Assist other lead staff members with filing, photocopying etc. • To undertake duties as required which include using the phone system. • Greeting visitors and clients, escorting them to their destination if required. • To be able to deal with information of a confidential and sensitive nature. • To adhere to the organisation’s Policies.

Admin, Good IT Skills, Basic IT skills - internet & email
• To listen and respond to clients showing patience and understanding. • Friendly, outgoing personality, welcoming people to the building. • To be methodical, conscientious, courteous and polite. • Good communication skills when dealing with clients, work colleagues and other statutory and voluntary agencies. • Punctual and reliable. • Be able to work as part of a team. • Undertake other reasonable tasks from time to time.
