Arts & Minds, Fridays, Online – A group for everyone over 18+. West Kent Mind provides a range of services with and on behalf of people with mental health problems. We offer varied arts activities for anyone aged 18 and over, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing support. We aim to help clients to connect with others, develop their creative skills, and improve their wellbeing. The purpose of this role is to support the group leader to run the group. More information about the group can be found on our website. Key tasks Chat with and support our clients. Help clients to engage in creative activities. Help the group leader to set up and tidy up after sessions. Other support as necessary. Experience and attributes Good communication and active listening skills. Good IT skills and an understanding of online video calls. Having creative skills is beneficial but not essential. The desire to support people experiencing mental health problems.
