About the Organisation: We believe in the power of storytelling to inspire, educate, and create meaningful change. We’re looking for creative individuals to help us action this belief. As part of this role, you’ll work on projects with our sister company, Unleash Yourself with Gladness, which empowers women to achieve their potential through personal development, mentorship, and confidence-building initiatives. 5. Role Purpose: We are looking for passionate Content Creators to focus on business storytelling, to craft compelling narratives that connect with our audience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their creative skills, gain experience in digital marketing, and make a real impact through the power of storytelling. 6. Key Responsibilities: >Develop and share impactful business stories that showcase our mission, achievements, and community impact. >Create engaging blog posts, case studies, and website content with a story-driven approach. >Produce behind-the-scenes content that captures our organisation’s culture, team, and values. >Develop social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) that highlights real-life experiences and success stories. >Interview team members, volunteers, and beneficiaries to uncover authentic, human-centred narratives. >Assist in creating video and visual storytelling content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe. >Collaborate with the team to align storytelling with our marketing and engagement goals. >Work on storytelling projects with Unleash Yourself with Gladness, showcasing the journeys of women empowered through personal development. 7. Skills & Experience: Essential: >Passion for storytelling, writing, and digital content creation. >Strong writing and communication skills. >Experience or interest in social media, blogging, or video content. >Creativity in presenting complex ideas in a simple, engaging way. >Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Desirable (but not required): >Experience in content creation, journalism, marketing, or creative writing. >Familiarity with video editing or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe). >Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies. 8.
