Family Therapeutics Volunteer

As our family therapeutics volunteer you will learn how to run one of Fusion's projects including how to set up each week, create an open and inclusive environment, run project activities, provide feedback, learn admin tasks such as data capture and how to post this on our CRM, how to register new clients, how to assist the coordinator to schedule appointments, assist with workshop delivery and much more.

Detailed Description

Our family therapeutics programme is a pioneering three-year project to provide 1-2-1 casework support to local families in crisis. This is a face-to-face service but there is demand to offer both online and telephone support sessions to widen engagement. Family therapeutics has two main aspects, practical support which deals with the immediate problem and then coaching psychology to empower and build longer-term resilience. We are looking for a volunteer for the following: - To be the main support volunteer for the family therapeutics programme - To support everyone who attends an appointment as part of the family therapeutics programme - To feedback on the project to the coordinator as needed.
