Your local radio station needs your help! If you're looking to present or produce quality radio content, help with selling, or even social media and admin, we need you!
Radio Folkestone is a local community station for the Folkestone and surrounding areas. Previously named Academy FM Folkestone, the rebrand in May 2024 has given us the opportunity for new business ventures and partnerships. We are looking for volunteers to, not only host shows but also help (if possible) with our behind-the-scenes operations. We do not require experience in any field to apply, we will help you every step of the way. Roles and help that we are looking for include: - Presenting and Producing quality content. - Sales and Advertising - Events and Outside Broadcasts - Admin - Technical Operations and many more! You do not need prior experience to volunteer with us. All roles including presenting will come with training and mentoring.
