Who We Are: Mind Restoration Practice CIC is a learning organisation dedicated to understanding the people and communities we serve. Our mission is to create environments that enable people to achieve their mental health needs through our holistic models of De-Stress > Re-Think > and Connect. We are working on projects that bring together the concepts of History, Culture, Spirituality and Mindfulness in Greenspaces to improve the mental well-being of our communities. We have exciting ideas that can benefit from experts' input across multiple fields to ensure relevance to our communities. Join Our Team: As volunteers, you'll be at the heart of our exciting projects. We welcome individuals and organisations worldwide, including universities and students, to join our team. Any Volunteering time is a valuable time for us! Operation Managers: • Streamline and manage operations to ensure the success of community projects. • Play a key role in our nature-connectedness projects, combining history, culture, spirituality, and mindfulness. • Collaborate with a supportive team to create a more connected community. Essential Skills: • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in using digital tools for remote collaboration. • Dedication to community development and well-being. Desirable Skills: • Previous experience in operations management or community projects. • Knowledge of mental health and well-being principles. • Multilingual abilities for diverse community outreach.
