Volunteers needed for an end of life service supporting patients and their visitors in Maidstone hospital on the wards. Volunteers will offer support and companionship, and practical help where needed with parking and signposting.
A relatively new service which has already launched at Tunbridge Wells Hospital, the Swan Volunteer Service offers bedside companionship for end of life patients, and practical support and respite for their visitors on the wards.
