Fundraising volunteer needed to join newly forming Charity supporting Ukrainian Refugees.
We are looking for a dynamic personality, that has the gift of the gab. We are a newly forming Charity, that is supporting Ukrainian refugees as they are arriving in our area. We need someone with a voice, that is willing to shout our achievements and goals, and have ideas on how to fund these. We need a confident person that is happy to contact and manage businesses/companies and individuals, with regards to fundraising via events, or donations, to be able to continue what we do. We want someone able to have fun at events, and be happy to be advertised as doing such. We are happy for this to be a home based role, although we would need at least every 8 weeks a f2f for the Trustees. All reasonable expenses to be paid on agreement. After 6 months, the charity is happy to provide a Job Reference if required. An enhanced DBS check will be done, but paid for via KCC.
