Full training and support will be provide for this role but you do need the following skills and experience: -You must be a ‘people person’, who enjoys meeting new people and is a confident communicator. -Strong facilitation skills to co-create events with young people, with the ability to empower young people to take the lead and run events on our sites. -An ability to adapt your communication style to be able to talk to with families with children. -Attention to detail. -Organisational skills, to help ensure events and activities are carried out safely.
