As Unit helper you would help plan & facilitate activities in line with the Guiding programme at Unit meets. You may support Unit events/County or National events that your unit attends. As Leader you would take responsibility for the programme, risk assessments and supporting other volunteers. aswell as planning & facilitating activities.

Any skills/abilities you have can be used within the Guiding programme which covers a large range of activities/skills
You will be offered free training in First aid, leading people, safeguarding and various skills such as Bushcraft, Creative activities, leading Residentials Guiding offers great experience in leadership, planning, working as a team which is good for CV's and gaining work
Guiding is flexible and can meet your needs
