Volunteer Drop-In lunch Club cook - Tuesdays from 10.30am to 1.30pm - Once or twice a month as suits.
Volunteer Cook at the Tuesday Drop-In lunch, preparing and cooking a hot meal for 10 to 20 people. Fully equipped large kitchen with everything you need. You choose the meal and assist in purchasing the main ingredients; basics are on site. Other volunteers wash up, lay and clear the tables etc,. Support given and access to food safety course if required. If you can cook a family meal, this role could be for you! The meal is provided free to any local people that need it. A simple reference will be appreciated.

You will be part of a friendly team providing a free service to the community. You will receive thanks from those who come and enjoy the experience of having done something useful in your community.
Approximately 3 to 4 hours per session. You can volunteer for once or twice a month.

Towards the north end of Deal high street, take the turning by the Landmark Centre complex into Union Road. Buses go into Deal bus station at the other end of the high street.
