Volunteer Drivers needed from the whole of the Dover District area for long and short trips to take people who are unable to get to hospital and medical appointments themselves. This may be due to age, disability or no public transport available. Shopping and social trips undertaken too. Drivers are reimbursed 50p a mile. More details provided on contact.

Listening, Organising & Planning, UK Driving Licence, Talking To Others

Why these skills are required

Must have own car and full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points. Must also be willing to undertake a DBS check (police check) and provide 2 character references. Patience and empathy would be useful qualities.
