Tenterden Dementia Friendly Community Short Mat Bowls Helper Every Monday 1pm -2.30pm to assist with the bowling activities, by collecting and distributing bowling balls and encouraging participants. It is a mixed ability group, some people living with dementia, their wives & husbands, others who are older, some with physical problems. Indoor Bowls is good for social interaction, gentle physical exercise, and stimulates cognitive skills
